Hello, I’m Julia, a private tutor based in Solihull. I specialise in Maths tuition for children from Year 7 to Year 11.

My core values of integrity, trust, quality and curiosity underpin everything I offer to the children and families who work with me.

During my 23 years as a teacher, I thrived on helping children to learn and enabling them to make progress. I loved seeing them finally understand a concept they had previously found tricky, or watching them deep in thought as they explored a problem, or completed a challenge, often enjoying the process as much as the end result!

This was not always easy in a busy classroom environment with curriculum and time constraints, but now, as a tutor, I have the flexibility to focus all of my time on individual needs.
